In cooperation with the Director of Marketing Communications, his/her role is to assist for all key marketing, and events of the properties including above and below the line marketing, digital and content marketing, creative and communications development, events planning and organising to support the business objective set for the hotel marketing communication planning, budgeting, execution, reviews and results measurement taking in consideration the available brand standard and tools.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist to strategise, draw up and execute marketing and promotion plans and activities to promote the hotel’s products, services, facilities and promotions, as well as measure, analyse and evaluate performance of these marketing efforts.
- Assist to implement Dusit graphic standard in guest collaterals, sales collaterals and advertising execution to ensure that each items is in line with the Dusit graphic standard and is validated by the Corporate Office.
- Assist to support the sales & marketing department by developing the hotel sales and marketing tools including presentation file, corporate gift, media kits, multimedia tool etc. to ensure the most appropriate communication of the hotel, the product and the brand.
- Assist to develop and implement the advertising, collateral and promotional materials of the hotel including its F&B, spa, golf and recreation outlets as well as actively promote the hotel’s outlets into the market.
- Assist to manage creative developments such E-Newsletters, posters, flyers, banners, advertisements as well as update TV and other displays in hotel guest rooms and public areas.
- Assist to manage hotel’s marketing assets and platforms including media library, photography & videography, simple creative designs, website, microsites, mobile apps, social media, and others.
- Provide assistance in hotel’s Events, PR and media relations, activities and activations, including copywriting of press releases, media seeding, KOL collaborations, event coverage and other marketing support.
- Assist to manage and promote the hotel’s customer relationship programs
- Seek partnership and joint promotions with credit cards companies, magazines, airlines, NTOs, websites, mobile networks, consumer brands and business associations.
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationship with internal and external departments, business associates, suppliers, stakeholders, sponsors and guests.
- Be the hotel representative in both internal and external functions and events.
- Conduct marketing surveys for hotel and compile the report with marketing suggestion.
- Manage the hotel’s database including gathering more new potential, maintain the exiting as well as develop the database and the hotel’s email marketing.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Public Relations, Mass Communications or relevant discipline
- Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Possess a quality to establish strong media and social connections.
- Have a positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel
- Have good communication skills in written and spoken English
