Role Overview:
As a pivotal link between clients and candidates, you'll match exceptional talent with suitable opportunities, nurturing strong relationships and managing the recruitment process efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Client and Candidate Management:
- Build strong client relationships, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Strategically match candidates with client requirements for contract and permanent placements.
- Develop sourcing strategies, conduct comprehensive interviews, and provide guidance to candidates.
Systems, Operations, and Team Collaboration:
- Ensure adherence to administrative procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate within the team to achieve collective goals.
- Embrace a sales-oriented approach to achieve set objectives.
Requirements:
- Possess CEI (basic, non-FDW) certification.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience with a good track record of successful placements.
- (For IT recruitment) Minimum Diploma education in an IT-related field.
- Strong sales orientation, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to success.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Adaptable and willing to work in a smaller but rapidly growing organisation
