Job Description
The role is responsible for the liaison for Trade Finance matters between RM/ARMs and HO GTS Ops, as well as backup for Trade Finance related processing.
- Review and update GTS guidelines and procedures, working with business, HO GTS and Compliance to support the Trade Finance new business.
- Support Trade Finance on any new products, ensuring Operational procedures are in order.
- Review and update guidelines and procedures
- Liaison between RM/ARMs and HO Ops for any issues escalation
- Review and suggest process improvements and system enhancements
- Backup for Trade Finance processing
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ related working experience within the Banking industry, Trade Finance
