  • Logistics distribution company

Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a variety of communication channels, including emails, phone calls, and other mediums, to effectively address client concerns and resolve issues.
  • Respond promptly to sales inquiries from customers, collaborating closely with the operational team to facilitate order delivery.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand.
  • Engage in negotiations and finalize deals, while also managing customer feedback.
  • Lead operational support for sales by following up with new customers for required information and documentation.
  • Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of order fulfillment and customer service.
  • Process customer orders, including providing price quotations, conducting stock checks, issuing Proforma invoices, and confirming shipment schedules.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding product pricing and stock availability.
  • Coordinate with the Logistics and Accounting departments to ensure smooth order shipments.
  • Prepare necessary documents such as Purchase Orders, Pick Lists, Invoices, and inventory checklists.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Stay updated on product information, pricing changes, and distribute sales materials to distributors as necessary.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or other professional relevant discipline with at least 2 years of basic accounting experience
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail
  • Good time management with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong in MS Office especially EXCEL and WORDS
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast fast-paced and multi-task environment
