WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO:
- Be the MASTER of full fund operations workflow. Work with the team to achieve smooth and effective operations of daily trade dealing, settlement, reconciliations, NAV checks and daily reporting requirements;
- Optimize existing processes and workflows to reduce deskbound hours and join us to be the advocator of working SMART;
- Facilitate investors with a smooth and pleasant investment journey. Establish a STRONG client relationship through onboarding, ongoing engagement and personalized servicing standards;
- Contribute to robust and effective COMPLIANCE controls within the company and support the team with regular compliance review/examination/testing/reporting;
- Actively promote process re-engineering to streamline or improve existing processes. Enhance operational STANDARDS of the company;
- Responsible for corporate functions such as finance and recruitment support
- Responsible for AUDIT and TAX matters for the funds
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and other initiatives
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

- METICULOUS, responsible with a positive work attitude.
- Ability to communicate effectively. Able to PRESENT and PERSUADE prospects and internal members through a carefully constructed argument.
WHAT MAKES YOU STANDOUT
- Demonstrate FIRST PRINCIPLE understanding and SECOND ORDER thinking.
- Ability to automate/optimize processes with operational knowledge and effective tools (e.g. coding, programming, systems etc)
- Experience with Bloomberg AIM, Linedata, or any OMS/PMS will be an added advantage
