Responsibilities:
- Replacement of consumables, as needed at each device location and ensuing that adequate consumables are available at the site.
- Clearing paper jams, perform basic device cleaning and replacement of parts.
- Assisting customer with an overview of the device functionality.
- Coordination with vendor regarding device and vendor branded software support service calls.
- Reporting of any occurrence of customer dissatisfaction to the manager
- Assisting in the collection of usage reports for device when required.
- Providing initial troubleshooting for device problems or put spare devices into services as directed by the reporting manager
- Perform preventative maintenance of devices as directed
- Provide end-user training.
- Travel to various location throughout Singapore.
Requirements:
- Min Nitec in any field
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to manage difficult situations while ensuring customer needs are met
- Ability to rapidly acquire a thorough understanding of device operation and default setup, allowing you to troubleshoot problems
- Strong communication and team-work skills.
- Ability to be pro-active with your workload.
- Well presented, polite and punctual,
- This is highly autonomous role, so being self-motivated and being able to show initiative is essential.
- Some related technical job experience is preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
