GENERAL SUMMARY

Reporting to Senior Social Worker, the Executive, Community Partnerships is responsible for building community partnerships in support of global objectives of the SRSF. This includes working with partners in the community such as social service agencies, non-profit organisations, institutes of higher learning, corporates, statutory boards etc. This position also supports SRSF’s volunteer (both internal and external) engagements, programme events and HCSA corporate partnerships events.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Community Relations, Recruitment and Outreach

· Organize community relations activities and initiatives pertaining to recruitment and outreach

· Conduct community & corporate engagement activities/ events/ communications, presentations to community organizations, and liaisons with community “champions”

· Develop and maintain effective relationships with community agencies, corporate partners as well as individuals

· Executes the media and communication duties in collaboration with HCSA Corporate Partnerships & Strategic Communications team

· Organise and conduct volunteer activities relating to community & corporate engagement activities/ events

2. Content Development and Channels Management

· Plan and implement communication strategies based on key audience, including increasing awareness of SRSF in collaboration with HCSA Corporate Partnerships & Strategic Communications team

· Develop and distribute materials that explain the company and programme’s policies and position on relevant social issues

3. Resource Development and Coordination

· Identify and engage potential partners who can contribute to and support SRSF operations and maintain clear communication lines to ensure collaboration is developed and enhanced

· Coordinate the corporate volunteer management pool of resources and activities

4. Others

· Support data analysis and report generation for programme outcome measurement and volunteer management

· Participate in special projects and committees

· Perform additional duties as required by the nature of the position or as assigned by Head of Programme

QUALIFICATIONS

Education And Experience

· A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field of study

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, social media and/or digital marketing

· Excellent in verbal and writing communication skills

· At least 2 years of experience in volunteer / community management. Experience in social services/ charity / non-profit organization will be advantageous

· Needs to be flexible to work on weekends when required
