What’s the Role?
As a IT Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s digital transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing technology solutions to drive efficiency and productivity. This role requires a versatile individual with a strong understanding of IT systems, coding skills, and a willingness to learn new technologies. You will take ownership of projects and see them through to successful delivery, ensuring that business requirements are met and stakeholders are satisfied.
You also be responsible for the followings:
- Business Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Technology Solutions: Design, develop, and implement technology solutions to address business needs. This may involve coding, scripting, or configuring existing systems to meet requirements. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends to propose innovative solutions.
- Project Management: Take ownership of projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business users, to ensure successful project execution.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions. Communicate project updates, risks, and issues in a clear and concise manner.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Drive efficiency gains through the use of technology and streamlined workflows.
- Documentation and Training: Create and maintain documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and process flows. Conduct training sessions to educate end-users on new systems and processes.
What You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in coding and scripting languages, such as Python, Java, or SQL.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Power BI.
- Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile methodology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and stay updated with industry trends.
