WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO:
- Provide administrative and client service support to client advisors servicing wealth management clients;
- Respond to all client enquiries and instructions and provide resolution to most issues and request;
- Responsible for client onboarding. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to fulfil onboarding requirements and documentation. Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of clients’ business and source of wealth generation;
- Monitor transactions and activities in client accounts. Generate regular client reports for performance reporting and ongoing updates;
- Responsible for application process based on wealth management solutions offered, which includes life insurance application, private bank account opening, etc;
- Plan and prioritize activities to maximize client satisfaction;
- Ensure strong controls and effective operational and administrative tasks including compliance on regulatory requirements;

- Strong partnership, customer relationship management, and sales support skills.
- Excellent understanding of financial markets and products
WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT
- Demonstrate FIRST PRINCIPLE understanding and SECOND ORDER thinking.
- Preferably with 3 years of relevant experience in assistant relationship manager roles. Fresh graduates who are self-starters are welcome to apply too!
