What You Will Be Doing:

  • Conduct comprehensive analyses on HR practices and strategies, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Advise clients on a broad range of HR issues, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and compensation strategies.
  • Design and implement bespoke HR solutions that support our clients' business goals and foster a positive organizational culture.
  • Stay abreast of the latest HR trends and legislative changes affecting human resources management, ensuring our advice is current and impactful.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, providing strategic insights and recommendations to enhance their human capital.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients, focusing on the development of HR competencies and knowledge.
  • Engage in business development activities, contributing to the growth and reputation of Kairos HR Solutionist.

What You Should Have:

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A deep-seated passion for human resources and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical and innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and initiative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems.
