Operate as a client facing Business Analyst for delivering process re-engineering consulting, market assessment, operating model creation projects on time within budget and scope. Business Analysts should have a background in business skills, management budgeting and analysis.
Some domain experience is required in shipping, marine industry or fintech / banking. Domain experience in transaction banking (trade finance, supply chain finance, digital assets) will be a good fit.
Key Responsibilities:
· Bring experience of domain as mentioned above on Venture Building, Fintech, shipping marine / transaction banking.
· Ability to facilitate multi stakeholder workshops using design thinking / agile methodologies.
· Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions, providing consultation on the client requirements.
· Define SOPs, financial models, pitch decks required for venture building.
· Create excel based simulators for risk, revenue scenarios.
· Analyze as-is and to-be processes to define business/technology/system requirements.
· Proficient with conceptual and critical thinking, creating presentations, business case and business models.
· Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
