Competencies
- Proven expertise in Asian and/or International Cuisine
- Team player with effective communication and organisation skills
- Deliver/Assess/Evaluate practical and theoretical modules in accordance with Institute and regulatory bodies requirements
- Provide feedback and contribute insights into curriculum design, assessment, food preparation and food delivery
- Experience in culinary competitions along with knowledge and/or experience in sustainably sourced food and eco-friendly dining concepts
Minimum Qualification
- Diploma or Degree holder in relevant field of studies from a recognised educational institution with at least 5 years industry experience at a supervisory/managerial level
- WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance and/or related teaching/training experience advantageous
- Excellent command of English with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- A strong passion for moulding learners coupled with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Extensive industry knowledge and robust network of industry connection
