Responsibilities

•Manage Technical Operation Team’s day-to-day operations (i.e. repair work, routine servicing, maintenance & T&C processes)

•Manage customer’s expectation, quality service deliverables and establish good rapport for long term relationship

•Manage department resources to ensure continuous smooth operations

•Monitor and conduct review on department manpower competency level

•Ensure continuous training/improvement plan is in place across the Technical team

•Ensure regular review of equipment refresh for customers

•Conduct quality checks on works completed

•Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Assurance regulations

•Able to troubleshoot and carry out repair work for M&E Infrastructures services in Data Center


Requirements

•Diploma/Degree and above in Mechanical & Electrical or relevant discipline

•Min 5 years of relevant working experience with at least 2 years in managerial position

•Excellent knowledge of M&E services with a relevant qualification

•Fire Safety Manager certification is preferred

•Green Mark certification or equivalent certification

•LEW certification an advantage

•Good interpersonal skills

•Self-motivated and meticulous

•Class 3 Driving Licence is preferred
