- Well verse in building and construction knowlegde
- Minimum 8 years working experience in field
- Well verse in architectural works
- Understand MOM safety regulations
- Relevant certificates in building and construction field
- Able to lead teams and function independently if required
- Good knowledge in building and construction administractive works and able to prepare independently
- Able to control and meet time line given
- Able to communicate well with client and sub-contractors
- Have own transport
- 6 days work week, 9am to 7pm. Off on Sunday and PH
