Zenith Infotech (S) Pte Ltd is a Tech Recruitment firm with 27 years of history in Singapore.
Currently we are assiting our client to hire 7 x Customer Service Offiers, working location @ Suntec area. Only those whom are comfortable with working in rotational shits plus night shifts, 44 hours, 5.5 work days per week, including weekends and public holidays may apply for this role.
Job Descriptons :
- Handle first level enquires, primarily incoming calls through our hotlines or other channels such as email and webchat.
- Understand customers' needs and provide quick, accurate and satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
- Guide callers in navigating the client website and using the available services.
- Gather customer feedback and sentiments and escalate to the relevant parties for further actions
- Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all interactions with customers
- Maintains and improves service level quality by adhering to standards and guidelines
- Handle ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months of call center environment
- Education background: Minimum O Level and above
- Multitask – Logging tickets, checking KBs while on the call
- First call resolution expertise to close the call at CSO level.
- Experience in dealing with Member of Public, Government/ IMDA/GovTech Contact Centre / Service Desk agents are preferred.
- Fast paced environment (gauge the number of calls handle per day, if more than 50, then proceed to propose)
