- Answer and attend to customers for PM Service with repair order proceeding
- Support Service Advisors in preparation of repair quotations to customers
- Process Service Appointment booking with reprint repair order
- Conduct/Collect customer Satisfaction Survey
- Prepare and despatch monthly service reminder
- Support front office reception
Requirements :
- CS Skills
- MS Office proficiency
- Min N/O Levels
- 1 year of relevant experience
