· Create, maintain, and improve pitchbooks, case studies & Working Capital Analysis to assist Sales Managers to put together a pitch to optimize client engagement and conversion.
· Manage training logistics (inclusive of moderating of Webex training sessions) and maintaining training records & analytics.
· Participate in the creation and deployment of training curriculum, content/sales messaging, and OJT process to develop competencies of the GTS sales force.
· Collaborate with sales, marketing, partners, and other key stakeholders, to identify pain points & ways to improve sales content repository - iFORCE, for better efficiencies & user experience with sales force.
