Job Description
- Identify and develop new sales leads
- Manage existing client accounts
- Provide consultation and proposal for employer requirements
- Provide professional sales support
- Negotiate/close deals and handle customer feedback
- Focus on revenue retention and revenue growth to meet sales target
- Monitor and report on sales performance
- Collaborate with the Co-Founders to ensure weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets are met and exceeded.
- Assist with marketing and promotional project
- Support the team with any other duties as and when assigned
- Attend project/consultant meetings where required
- Strong initiative to train and support helpers in need.
- A creative personality that will be able to accept changes from time to time
- A solid team player.
Must have CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediary - FDW)
Job Requirements
- 3 years similar working experience, preferably with a Maid Agency
- Strong desire to excel in serving others
- Energetic and proactive and has excellent communication skills
- Work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Comfortable liaise with Indonesian, Filipino & Myanmese
