Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform payroll process (include IR8A submission and IR21 tax clearance) for around 40 pax.
- Preparation and perform government related transactions/submission such as work pass administration, labour surveys, foreign worker levy wavier, licenses etc.
- Prepare HR related documents.
- Serve as point of contact on HR-related queries.
- Responsible for full recruitment process from job posting till on-boarding.
- Manage insurance & claim.
- Liaise and manage vendors/tenants pertaining to office/building maintenance (e.g. office administration etc.)
- Provide administrative support pertaining to welfare and workplace safety.
- Manage and coordinate travel arrangement.
- Provide administrative support and assist in other duties assigned by supervisor as and when necessary.
Requirement
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge in Easypay payroll software will be an advantage.
- Able to converse and write Mandarin in order to manage Chinese-speaking workers.
