In the role of an Accounts Executive (Family Office), you will have a crucial responsibility in supporting the daily affairs of the stakeholder’s family, as well as managing the financial and administrative operations of the family office.


Responsibilities:

  • Data management: Organize and manage various data, including the family's financial information and banking records.
  • Financial Management: Conduct bookkeeping and accounting tasks, maintain accurate financial records, reconcile bank statements, prepare monthly balance sheets and income statements, and generate timely financial reports.
  • Communication with the stakeholders: Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders, providing updates and information as needed.
  • Administrative support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, running errands, and organizing events on behalf of the family.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and manage relationships with banks and other relevant parties to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Foreign Exchange and Financial Risk Management: Assist in managing the family office's foreign currency exposure and handling foreign exchange settlements.
  • Execution of Other Tasks: Fulfil other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job Requirements:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and high accuracy in numerical tasks.
  • Interpersonal Communication: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to coordinate with family members and external partners.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other office software.
  • Language:Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
  • Experience: Working experience in accounting or a related field is preferred but not required.
