In the role of an Accounts Executive (Family Office), you will have a crucial responsibility in supporting the daily affairs of the stakeholder’s family, as well as managing the financial and administrative operations of the family office.
Responsibilities:
- Data management: Organize and manage various data, including the family's financial information and banking records.
- Financial Management: Conduct bookkeeping and accounting tasks, maintain accurate financial records, reconcile bank statements, prepare monthly balance sheets and income statements, and generate timely financial reports.
- Communication with the stakeholders: Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders, providing updates and information as needed.
- Administrative support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, running errands, and organizing events on behalf of the family.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and manage relationships with banks and other relevant parties to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Foreign Exchange and Financial Risk Management: Assist in managing the family office's foreign currency exposure and handling foreign exchange settlements.
- Execution of Other Tasks: Fulfil other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and high accuracy in numerical tasks.
- Interpersonal Communication: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to coordinate with family members and external partners.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other office software.
- Language:Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
- Experience: Working experience in accounting or a related field is preferred but not required.
