Responsibilities :
- Preparation of Letters of Offer/Supplemental Letters of Offer (LO) for Business Units (BU) and assist BU’s on their queries on LO and documentation issues;
- Ensure timely completion of documentation by liaising with BU, insurance companies, external lawyers, etc;
- Ensure compliance with the Bank’s guidelines and policies when reviewing credit and security documents;
- Issuance of compliance certification upon completion of documentation;
- Authorise limits instituted by Credit Implementation after compliance;
- Maintenance of accounts during the currency of the facilities till the eventual redemption or fulfilment of obligations by borrowers;
- Timely follow up on outstanding documentation and perform such other jobs and duties as may be assigned and/or required.
Requirements :
- Degree in Business Administration /Banking & Finance /Accountancy with a least 3 years’ relevant experience in credit documentation preferred;
- Highly meticulous with critical thinking skills and resourcefulness in seeking information;
- Ability to work under pressure and independently with minimum supervision;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Experience in corporate loan documentation would be an advantage.
