Responsibility
- Acquire new members and increase our fast-growing SMF membership base by reaching out to manufacturing, manufacturing services, general, associated, and affiliated entities
- Identify, manage, and execute sales and partner strategies for our Industry Groups
- Build lead pipeline, member relationships, network and support industry-related programs and other activities
- Onboard new members, ensure timely payment and perform administrative work
- Perform key account management, where assigned
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma holder with relevant experience in sales or business development
- Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills required for the engagement of executives/senior executives
- Strong abilities to analyze, prospect, present, negotiate, and close deals
- Resourceful, self-motivated, and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive and collaborative mindset
