About your role:
- To provide quality day-to-day L2 Production support for Java/Web-based application.
- To coordinate and support infrastructure maintenance activities.
- To manage implementations of new application releases, adhering to the best practices of the release management process.
- To work with various partners such as Peer Application Teams, Infrastructure, Vendors, Security and Change teams, to provide seamless support for the business.
- To manage Production issues by responding in a timely manner in accordance to the Service Level Agreement with the Business.
- To enhance existing support process to maintain/improve service level quality.
Your Background
- Linux; Unix Shell Scripting: Proficiency in Linux operating system.
Strong knowledge of Unix Shell Scripting for system administration and automation tasks. - SQL (MYSQL/MSSQL): Expertise in SQL databases, including MYSQL and MSSQL.
Ability to write complex queries and optimize database performance. - Java/Web-based: Extensive hands-on experience in Java programming.
Proficiency in web-based application development using Java technologies. - OpenShift/Docker :Familiarity with containerization technologies such as OpenShift and Docker.
Ability to implement and manage containerized solutions for deployment and scalability. - Proven experience as an Application Developer or similar role.
