Key Responsibilities
- Gather valuable insights on consumer motivations, behavior, and sentiment concerning products, brands, and communications.
- Utilize marketing data to discover actionable insights that guide business and marketing decisions.
- Analyze the impact of marketing campaigns using R and statistical models.
- Introduce innovative ideas and business recommendations based on analytical insights to enhance marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with global marketing analysts, finance teams, and product analysts to meet analysis requirements.
- Ensure 100% data accuracy by building and maintaining reliable data pipelines for marketing infrastructure.
- Develop strategic dashboards to monitor progress and performance in crucial business areas.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, translating data into practical insights and recommendations.
- Identify and leverage marketing opportunities across various APAC countries, channels, and functions.
- Assist in designing and measuring marketing analytics experiments.
- Review projects and agency reports to ensure the integrity of reporting and analysis.
- Implement automation processes and tools as needed.
- Establish effective processes and methods for monitoring, capturing, and presenting insights.
- Handle ad hoc data and analysis requests promptly and efficiently.

Experience, Qualifications, And Skills
- Attained Bachelor's Degree, preferably in the following disciplines: Marketing, Business, statistics, analytics, computing
- 1-2 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in marketing using statistical and database software.
- Proficient in SQL or other programming languages for data extraction and manipulation, and skilled in performing statistical analyses using tools such as R or Python.
- Proficient in data visualisation tools and dashboards such as Power BI, Qlik, Tableau.
- Knowledge of web and app attribution is a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Data Studio and Excel Pivot table is a plus.
- Understanding of user funnels in software products such as apps and websites.
- Passionate about leveraging data to drive insights and storytelling.
- Proficient in organizing and synthesizing complex data findings with business results to generate high-level business recommendations.
- Possesses a strategic mindset, strong project management abilities, and keen business acumen.
