Leadership:
- Promote our core values of Love, Experience, and Dream as Leadership Team
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and accreditation standards
- Liaise and communicate with officers of the government bodies such as
ECDA, MOH, HPB, NEA
- Manage ECDA reports and communications in relation to registered children record, subsidy audits, CMS etc
- Assisting check-in and check-out processes by greeting parents and children
- Manage social media with Centre Head to enhance reputation of the school and communication with communities
Curriculumn:
- Plan and implement pedagogical documentation and assessment of child outcomes to ensure the attainment of individualized and group goals for children
- Provide support and mentoring sessions for academic team so as to develop their functional competencies of teaching
- Plan and organizes the day-to-day school and class SOP’s and operational functions pertaining to children’s care and well-being, health, hygiene and safety practices
- Acquire new knowledge and shares with the team as to promote self development
- Pilot or assist in any of the center's projects or initiatives as part of the center's efforts to promote and strengthen its brand
Operations:
- Manage enquiries from existing and potential parents following instructions
- Manage registration and withdrawal documentation and process
- Billing and collecting on of school fees, and manage aging report
Managing vendors related matters including sourcing and claims
Job Requirements:
- Has good knowledge of government regulations, quality assurance framework (ECDA, Child Care Act and Regulation, SPARK)
- Has an experience to lead the curriculum framework for early childhood
- Successful candidate who exhibit our corporate core values: Love, Experience and Dream; as well our image of an Educator: Thankful, Caring, Collaborative, Curious, Joyful
- A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Care and /or Education- Leadership and Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Teaching or its equivalent
- At least 5 years teaching experience in a pre-school with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- High EQ, maturity, exemplary leadership and management skills are essential
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
