The Job
Operations (Main role)
- In charge of all New / Used vehicles and Leasing fleet for the company
- In charge of the vehicle movement and parking
- In charge of arranging the vehicle for repair, regular servicing, and inspection, including scheduling, arranging of manpower, dealing with external contractor/vendors and etc.
- In charge and ensure that the vehicles are in good ready condition to be delivered anytime
- In charge and ensure that vehicle has cleared the pre-delivery inspection (PDI) before delivering to the customer
- In charge of getting the reinstatement quote for leasing customer returning the vehicle, including able to quote independently
- In charge of the company phone and be the main contact point for leasing customers (including weekends)
- Dealing with vehicle breakdown involving our leasing fleet including over-the-phone advice to the driver, arranging for towing, onsite support, etc.
- Dealing with accidents involving our leasing fleet including over-the-phone advice to the driver, arranging driver down to do accident report, collecting accident excess from the customer, etc.
Sales Support
- Assist and attend to sales enquiry dealing with all range and multi brand of commercial vehicles which include diesel & petrol engine as well as electric commercial vehicles in regard to sales and/or rental activities
- Identify/Build/Expand new clients base to achieve sales opportunities
- Attend to sales inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints/issues
- Maintain a proactive relationship with existing/new customers
- Develop relationships for both new and existing customers
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent
- Min. 2 years experience in handling operation and customer service coordination
- Experience in the automotive working environment will be advantages
- Strong computer skill, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point-MANDATORY
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Able to converse in Mandarin with customer
- Manage multiple task efficiently in a fast moving environment
