Working location: Temasek Blvd - Suntec
Working day: Mon - Fri 8am -5.15pm
Salary: $4000 - $5000
Main Responsibilities
- Manage full set of accounts for the company.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of management and statutory reports
- Conduct financial and operational performance analysis for each division monthly
- Responsible for quarterly GST reporting and group reporting to holding company
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and ensure corporate compliance
- Perform lease amortization calculations per IFRS 116, estimated credit loss allowance calculations per IFRS 109 and prepare tax computations
- Monitor balance sheet items (including accruals) and following up to clear outstanding items
- Prepare debtor and credit lists regularly to identify overdue items timely
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and controls
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in SAP accounting software
- CPA certification or progress towards CPA is a plus
