Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
- Utilize Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, to drive project progress and address any challenges or changes in scope.
- Provide effective leadership to a team of Project Executives in solving problems, cultivate team cohesiveness & teamwork.
- Attend meetings across various levels.
- Participate in Request for Proposals and Tenders.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on software development projects.
- Must have undergone at least 2-3 years of full project management life cycle.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
