· Position: Admin Assistant/Executive (Back-End Administration/Paperwork) - WFH/Hybrid Work

· Location: Raffles Quay

· Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.45am - 6pm)

· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 16 Days AL + Flexi Benefits

· Duration: Permanent

· Industry: Insurance Broking


Main Responsibilities:

· Cover daily administrative duties and data entry work

· Monitor and review of policy claims

· Assist the broking executives regarding administrative documents and duties

· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned


Requirements:

· At least Diploma in any discipline

· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word, etc)

· At least 1 year of administrative experience

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
