As Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible in order processing with high level of accuracy and timeliness.
Your Focus
- Order management: order entry, provide order acknowledgements to customers/affiliates
- Set up customer info records for order entry; listing, customer material no & description, price, etc
- Co-ordinate the creation or extension of new sold/bill for us in plants
- Raise SAP Notifications for customer complaints
- Issue debit and credit notes with compliance to approval process
- Arrange courier of customer pre/co shipment samples
- Input Late order reason (LOR) for orders with late delivery
- Handles inter-afffiliate transfer pricing quotes
- Liaise with customer on order changes, enquires and any request.
- Monitor orders for prompt shipment, liaise with shipping implants for timely booking, customer
- Handle shipping and regulatory related documentations
- Negotiate Letter of credit
- Generate ZOOGN report for shipping
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Supply chain, Logistics or its equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or supply chain experience in a manufacturing or trading environment
- Good written and communications skills
- Attendion to details
Working hours: Monday to Friday - 8.30AM to 5.00PM
Working Location: 4 Chin Bee Drive (2 bus stops from Boon Lay interchange)
