• Providing technical application support to infra and application teams; Assisting with system integrations and infrastructure
• Identifying and resolving technical issues; support day to day operations
• Provide operational support like shakedown, monitoring the availability of the applications, deployment, system health check, etc
• Attend to incidents and problem resolution within stipulated SLA
• Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
• Work with the vendor like Microsoft, IBM for upgrades/issues/analysis
• Interface with different stakeholders in the project (security team, customers, infra and application teams)
• Experience in monitoring, tuning and troubleshooting of IIS, .Net Framework related issues
