- Provide secretarial and administrative support and handle personal matters for the Director and family.
- Run errands and ad-hoc duties as and when required.
- Co-ordinates the Director and family personal matters including flights, housing and all other matters assigned from time to time.
- Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including official correspondence, memos and presentations.
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
- Support and coordinate meetings and travel arrangement.
- Adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in business, administration, or a related field.
- Prefer 2 or more years’ of relevant working experience
- Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
