Your key responsibilities include:
- Lead and grow the Business Intelligence function. Set structures for team effectiveness and foster career and skills growth among team members.
- Implement a business intelligence tool to analyze product usage, generate metrics, and provide recommendations for increased user adoption.
- Deliver data and regular reports and enhance business strategies for churn, retention, and uptake.
- Identify and propose process improvements to enhance product efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop dashboards and operational monitoring tools.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to test hypotheses and drive user adoption and product usage growth.
- Support other departments and teams within EVYD to build up their own data analytics capabilities and build dashboards where necessary.
- Identify, assess, procure, and implement a business intelligence or product operations tool.

- Experience using Python, R, SAS, SQL, Data Robot or similar.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science or related field.
- 5 - 8 years’ data science or analytics experience in product operations / business intelligence, preferably in the healthcare or e-commerce sectors.
