Handles General Insurance
o Individual travel insurance
o Car insurance new business & renewal (ad-hoc)
o Home insurance application (new business)
o Domestic helper insurance (new business)
Agency related matters
o Steers FSCs’ welfare and manage expectations with good soft skills
o Attend to FSCs’ queries and handle FSC’s POS appeal cases
o Assist the Director to communicate articulately with agency leaders/FSCs where appropriate
o Liaise with external & internal parties with regards to agency’s events such as recruitment night, outing, off-site meeting/team bonding etc.
o Any other matters that related to agency as assigned
Secretary's duties
o Read Director's email - inform him via wats apps for those required action from him. Reply email on his behalf where appropriate.
o Schedule & update Director's calendar - for appointment / meeting / interview
o Handle admin team salary and annual income summary report
o District Meeting minutes - monthly district meeting minute
o Monthly Agenda (schedule SA leaders / district meeting, investment sharing, FSC Sharing, leaders sharing / booking of meeting room etc.)
o Schedule FSCs Monthly (Director's team) and Quarterly review (FSCs under other leaders)
o Preparation of Policy Summary (Personal Client) as and when request
o Life Ops enquiry as and when request o Application for New FSC’s contract and booking of exams for candidate
o Assist in event preparation if required o Orphan policies assignment
o Liaise with vendors for FSCs’ training o Assist to get OTP for the admin team regarding system related-matters
o Backup for preparing reports (such as daily production report, bi-monthly report etc.
