• Reporting to Payroll Manager and assisting the day-to-day administration and act as a backup for the payroll team.
• Liaise with external payroll vendor to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll on designated pay cycles
• Help to ensure compliance with local tax and statutory requirements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records and leave management
• Work closely with Finance, HR, operation to ensure seamless coordination of payroll activities.
Requirements
• ITE/Diploma in HR & Administration
• At least 1 year of relevant payroll administrative experience or willing to learn
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong numerical skills & attention to details
• Good organization skills with ability to multi-task and ensure accurate calculations and data entry and timely completion of tasks within the payroll cycle.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Team player to ensure good collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Monthly salary + AWS
• Office location: Central East with hybrid working arrangement
