Job Responsibilities
1. Assist Senior Reservations Officer in processing individual and group reservations in a systematic and professional manner
2. Ensures all booking details are accurately entered into the computer system
3. Responds to guest requests via faxes, vouchers, mails and internet correspondence in a timely and confidential manner
4. Files and maintains reservation correspondence in accordance to Hotel’s standards
5. Maintains confidentiality of all room rates and selling/sales strategies of the department
6. Familiarize with the latest update knowledge of the Hotel’s products and services especially in the area of reservations handling and processing
7. Performs any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the Management
Education and Work Experience
1. GCE ‘O’ Level
2. Experience in customer contact center preferred
3. Familiar with Opera PMS System application preferred
4. Possesses good telephone etiquette and telemarketing sales techniques
