Responsibilities
- Responsible for technical and administration activities for clients IT infrastructure which will include deployment, configuring, maintenance, upgrading and migration of business-critical infrastructure such as servers, workstations, and system/network equipment.
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
- Upgrading of Hypervisor, patching of Windows and Linux System.
- Provide technical support to service issues and requests
- Evaluate, test, and deploy all software and hardware upgrades to the networking infrastructure
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science / IT related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in supporting networks, Servers, PCs, and OS
- Good technical skills in LAN/WAN, configuration and troubleshooting PC and server hardware knowledge
- Ability to troubleshoot network issues including back bone infrastructure issues
- Hands-on experience with Windows environment and experience in troubleshooting, configuring servers and email support will be advantageous
- Certificate in Japanese JLPT N2
