Responsibilities
- Review and verify the network design and implementation of network solutions from network engineering team.
- Maintain network performance by conducting network monitoring, analysis, and performance tuning.
- Identify network related issues quickly according to SOPs and best practices, escalate to the corresponding team to fix the issue when necessary.
- Maintaining, configuring, and monitoring virus protection software and email applications.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Telecommunication/Computer Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role.
- Good understanding of network system, architecture and services, network security, proxy, and firewall.
- Good knowledge of Ethernet network, IT service management, and Linux/Windows systems.
