Our Company is an Employment Agency who require an HR/ administrative executive to handle our business partners Admin/HR matter.
Our business partners are mostly from the F&B industry. The role require charge of all the HR matters/ any admin/ at our partners’ staff.
Near Tanjong Pagar MRT.
Job Description
- Preparation of PayRoll and monthly staff list including local and foreign worker
- Support the sales department to get ready documents required by them
- Assist in preparation of various documents i.e. Employment contract/ various HR documents
- Will require to write simple Chinese documents as some of the F&B workers will only understand Chinese
- Report weekly on HR and Admin matters
- Assist the manager to file and prepare all documents of staff
- Preparation of Documents required by various stat board
- Ensure that company office stationary and other IT stuff are in order to ensure smooth running of office
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 900 pm to 600 pm
Requirements
- Independent worker and taking ownership of your job is a must
- Able to solve problem and handle task given independently
- Able to handle fast pace working environment and ability to adapt is required
- Can work well with minimum supervision
- Experience in handling Staff payroll, cpf matters and various
- Relevant Certificate on HR management is an advantage
- Ability to communicate with Mandarin staff and read written Chinese documents is advantages (a lot of the documents of our partners are in Chinese)
- Any related diploma/ Certification in HR/ Admin. Candidate who demonstrate positive working attitude and ability to get things settled will be considered
