Job Description
Our client, a Japanese clinic, is looking for an Accounts Executive to join their team. The company is in the midst of implementing SAP and will require the candidate to navigate the transition phase. This is an AR role, but the successful candidate should be able to handle full set of accounts and eventually assume more responsibility post implementation.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer and monitor the financial system to ensure that the finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner.
- Process daily AR transactions, ensure transactions are properly recorded and maintained in system.
- Responsible for credit control ensuring that customers pay on time and to follow up on overdue accounts.
- To prepare, check, verify and send invoice and SOA to customers / overseas agents.
- Maintain full set of accounts includes AP, AR and GL.
- Assist to prepare Payables and Receivables aging report and reconciliation.
- Assist to process monthly closing and bank reconciliation with completeness and accuracy.
- Assist to preparation of audit schedules and assist with annual revenue and statutory audit.
- Manage and filing for accounting documents, storage, and security of documents.
Job Requirement
- Minimum qualification in Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience handling full set of accounts.
- IT savvy, proficient in Word, Excel, and computerized accounting software
- Analytical and meticulous person with eye for details, self-motivated, responsible, proactive, and able to work as team.
- Willing to learn, positive attitude, able to work independently on own initiative under tight timelines.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice is an added advantage.
