Job Description:
- To support in smart workplace projects/ initiatives (e.g. office access control system, resource booking system, occupancy sensors, smart lockers, smart vending machines, etc.).
- Prepare and call for tenders/quotations for smart workplace initiatives
- Manage queries and change requests from staff (e.g. user unable to access office or vending machines);
- Conduct first-level of troubleshooting for all related issues and escalate to vendors (if required);
- Facilitate regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders;
- Coordinate and supervise contractors during project implementation stages.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma with at least two years of relevant working experience
- Have broad knowledge of IT systems (e.g. SAAS, mobile app technologies, API integrations, network, etc.)
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
- Excellent project management skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Good time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Organised, meticulous, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel and Word, in particular)
