Business Process Consultant

We are currently seeking a Business Process Consultant Lead to Order (L2O) for the Business Process Improvement L2O team in BPS division.

In this role, you will coordinate process implementation, improvements, and formalization projects with a focus on the L2O area. You will act as a core team member to support process workstreams during integrations and system roll-outs (e.g. SAP S/4 Hana, new modules in Salesforce). What you will accomplish together with us:

  • Design and support end-to-end template processes within L2O, including their testing, training and implementation and implementation in close collaboration with business stakeholders and business process experts
  • Review and analyze with roll-out model L2O processes to identify weaknesses and potentials for process optimization and harmonization (execution of fit-gap workshops)
  • Execute as-is assessments and weak point analyses ensuring use of process improvement tools
  • In collaboration with the Business Process Expert help drive global projects and sub-projects for process improvement, digitization, or automatization, leading to increased efficiency and scalability
  • Ensure process documentation according to the defined standards and requirements
  • Define and continuously monitor process performance indicators
  • Support in S/4 Hana or other migration activities impacting L2O processes
  • Support process integration activities related to new business integrations
  • Conduct workshops and presentations of project results
  • Support the organization in maintaining a work environment with a customer oriented and quality mindset that fosters learning, open communication, collaboration, integration, and teamwork, inclusion & diversity

What will convince us:

  • 5+ years’ experience with business process improvements, preferably in Sales or Marketing or 3+ years’ experience with business process improvements holding a bachelor’s degree.
  • You have good knowledge with business process engineering tools and methods, Six Sigma qualification is an advantage
  • Strong Project management skills ideally also in the further development of processes, systems, and applications in an international corporate environment
  • Strong Communicator and Presentation skills
  • High learning agility and developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience with SAP ERP and / or Salesforce resp. other CRM platform, including implementation, training, and documentation
  • Fluent English is a must, additional languages are an advantage
  • Up to 15% domestic and international travel
