The Executive, Planning contributes to the development of projects and culture building within NEON Creative. This individual will inherently support the realization of the work with the NEON creative team and its collaborators around the world while helping to create a vibrant internal culture. The Executive, Planning will be involved in a diverse portfolio of projects and day-to-day operation of the team. This individual will work closely with project team & corporate functions team within NEON to provide project and corporate administrative, co-ordination & general support under guidance and mentorship of the direct supervisor in order to achieve completion at the highest level of professional conduct and practice. In addition, this individual maintains current culture building practices and is encouraged to initiate new ones that helps formulate a strong idea sharing and mentoring environment.
Duties and responsibilities
Project Co-ordination & Support (70%)
- Supports the overall administrative needs required for the full spectrum of Neon projects
- Co-ordinates general tasks, finance, and resource acquisition/allocation
- Contribute to the integration of the different stakeholders of NEON projects, from the internal team to external collaborators and vendors
- Supports the research and engagement of relevant creative collaborators and partners who will support the creative development of NEON projects
- Help manage the rollouts & documentation of non-disclosure agreements, service agreements and digital assets
Corporate functions support & culture Building (30%)
- Facilitate the process related to corporate functions and day-to-day operation of the team
- Supports the creation and maintenance of a collaborative and sharing culture through activities, systems or platforms
- Undertakes self-initiated/mandated activities geared towards team cohesiveness
Qualifications
- Diploma in business, accounting, engineering, or other relevant fields
- Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of working experience in project management, accounting and/ or administrative work preferred
- Excellent organisational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Possess a keen eye for detail and processes • Good collaborative spirit and ability to work across all levels and functions
- Integration of planning and creative coordination within project planning/ management tools
