- Attend to customer enquiries, generate quotation and delivery orders
- Communicate and liaise with clients, sales and production team
- Maintain good relationship and provide sales support to clients
- Promote new products, brochure and catalogue to clients
- Record goods purchased from supplier
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Candidate must be able to work under stress and able to multi task
- At least O Level, Diploma or relevant qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of working experience
- Highly responsible, independent and a good team player
- Possess high degree of self discipline and initiative to learn new things
- Able to communicate both in English and Mandarin Chinese in order to handle Chinese speaking customers
- Proficient in Ms Office is a must (Ms Office & Ms Excel)
- Willing to work on half day alternate Saturday
