With a commitment to strategic growth and value enhancement, they are seeking a Property Investment and Development Manager to join their team and drive investment initiatives.
Job Description
- Lead the identification and evaluation of property investment opportunities in alignment with established investment criteria.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of properties, including leasing, operations and disposal in accordance with the company's investment strategy.
- Provide expert guidance on securing necessary consents, permits, approvals and other regulatory activities essential for development commencement.
- Direct all aspects of development planning, from financing and feasibility assessments to construction management and risk mitigation, while conducting thorough location analyses.
- Proactively identify opportunities for asset value enhancement through project development or reconfiguration, aligning proposals with the business plan and preparing comprehensive financial appraisals and cash flow forecasts.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders on design specifications, permitting processes and project management to ensure successful execution of development projects.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in property investment and development, including a demonstrated track record of successful acquisitions and development projects.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, permitting processes and market trends in real estate development.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to conduct thorough financial analyses, including feasibility studies and cash flow projections.
- Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalising on investment opportunities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
