Job Description
- Provide customer service in accordance with Bata’s service standards
- Optimize sales opportunity alongside customer satisfaction
- Offer product expertise to assist customers in their enquiries and choices
- Familiarize with promotional activities and advice customer accordingly
- Project a healthy and well-groomed image as our representative of Bata
- Maintain the POS / Cashier with utmost care and ownership
- Ensure accurate payment and return of change to customers
- Ensure the accurate receipt of goods from Warehouse and other Stores
- Ensure prices of products are accurate
- Ensure products on display are well maintained and stock-up according to standards
- Ensure documentation of products are accounted for and accurately maintained
- Deliver sales and profitability target
- Ensure delivery of 100% customer satisfaction
- Ensure consistency in customer service
- Achieve sales targets set for the store
- Achieve MSI and conversion metrics as per Company benchmark
- Coach and provide guidance to Sales Associates on Product and Customer Services
Job Requirements
- At least 3 Year(s) of related working experience in retail (Shoes/Fashion/Apparels related) is required for this position.
- Well-groomed and friendly personality
- Service oriented with a positive attitude
- Customer-focused with strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work retail hours (shift, weekends and public holidays)
