Make your mark as assistant contract manager by supporting the contract manager in all aspects of contract administration and management. This role involves assisting with the management of running contracts and especially close out of the remaining 80 Subcontracts on the project.
Your responsibilities as assistant contract manager:
- Assist in the negotiation and drafting of the remaining contracts on the project, including terms and conditions, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Support the Contract Manager in reviewing and analysing contract terms to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation on Variation upstream and downstream.
- Monitor contract performance and communicate with relevant parties to address any deviations from agreed-upon terms.
- Provide support in preparing reports and presentations related to contract management activities.
- Act as a liaison between different departments and external parties involved in contract management.
Your qualities

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or related field.
- Proven experience in contract administration or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office applications; ability to work collaboratively with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
