Position: Technical Writer

Job Description:
We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a Technical Writer to work on projects on site with a client. In summary, you will be collaborating with peers to design and validate new experimental techniques, and adhere to rigorous quality control standards to ensure the integrity and purity of cell cultures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new MBRs, using existing MBR templates, in support of Technology Transfers.
- Maintain currency of MBRs for existing customers.
- Write and edit technical information/ instructions in a manner to ensure content is factual and accurate.
- Collaborate closely with relevant SMEs from various disciplines on documentation requirements.
- Manage the lifecycle of MBRs including, but not limited to creation, review, revision and approval of MBRs on product campaign basis.
- Maintain a system for tracking changes to be implemented in all upcoming product campaign
- Ensure MBRs adhere to approved template/ structure.
- Communicate actively to address customers’ comments and to clarify customers’ queries with respect to MBRs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant life science field (e.g., biology, biotechnology, biochemistry). ·
- Min 5 years of relevant working experience in Technical Writing within the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment with competing priorities.
- Great team player. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to develop close working relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external contacts at all levels
