Job Description
· Manage cargo operations and documentation
· Safeguard product quality and quantity
· Ensure all cargo loading, ex bunker delivery, blending operation and delivery are in compliance with Company work instructions and in particular SS648
· Ensure that custody control procedures in respect of cargo storage onboard bunker tanker and cargo movements are duly and properly implemented
· Maintain proper and timely records of inventory in the stock movement logbook and daily ROB report
· Report on any customer complaint or dispute to the appointed company representative immediately and assist in the on-site investigation
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
· 1 Year Experience as bunker clerk/cargo officer onboard bunker tankers
· Certification in Basic Bunkering Course (SS600:2022 & SS648:2019)
· Certification in Advance Bunkering Course (SS600:2022 & SS648:2019)
· Able to do shift duties and stay onboard vessel
