We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer of after sales market to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of shaping the future of clean energy.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support in-field and in-house.
- Assist in product design from inception to commissioning.
- Supervise quality control plans and workshop maintenance.
- Liaise with customers, analyze non-conformity reports, and propose solutions.
- Conduct Corrective Actions (CA) and Preventive Actions (PA) to enhance service quality and prevent recurrence of issues.
- Travel within Asia Pacific, India Middle- Eastern countries to support sales, and improve department processes.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering,
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field service, vehicles or wind energy industry.
- Able to commit standby and travel if required.
- Able to commit frequent travel 75%
Remuneration
☑ Basic: $3500 - $5000 + Local Meal & Transport Allow $150 + Variable Bonus + Ad-Hoc Incentive !!
☑ 5 Days, Mon – Fri 8:30am- 5:30pm
☑ Location : Central
☑ Travelling to APAC countries required – Daily Travel Allowance given ( Excluding full claim on Accommodation, Flight + Meal )
